All around Florida, you see companies that do both inspection and remediation; we consider this a conflict of interest. It is far too often that we have people calling us for a second opinion after they have been told their home or business has a serious problem and they need an expensive remediation. It is a shame that sometimes we go to these places, do an inspection/testing only to find out that there is NO PROBLEM AT ALL!! What is even more common is the remediation companies exaggerating how bad the problem is. These companies reel you in by offering free or cheap inspection/testing, DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!
We are an independent company that does only inspection and testing, so you can trust that the information and results we give you are FACTS. We have no problem telling our clients that no problem exists if that is indeed the case. In situations where there is a problem, we give you protocols that you can expect so you are not going in blind when talking to a removal company.

WHY OUR INSPECTION AND REPORT IS VALUABLE
Any air and/or surface samples collected from the inspection site will be submitted to an independent laboratory for analysis. The lab then creates a report with data from each sample that will include the following. What, if any types of mold are present in the air and how much of it. The same goes for surface samples which are taken when there is a visible growth present. This is done because not all mold is easily airborne and it will also help confirm the source of air quality problems. Air samples are usually taken from at least 2 seperate areas of the home or business in order to see how far a problem has spread if one is present.
In cases where mold levels are elevated, we put together a protocol for you to get conditions back to normal. These reports can be used as evidence for tenants trying to get landlords to do something about a problem. Usually our inspection can solve disputes and influence building owners to address a problem, But, in the event of litigation, then you have indisputable evidence and a licensed Florida mold assessor on your side to testify.
Feel free to take a look around at other companies that deal with mold in South Florida. We are one of the very few that offer inspection and testing ONLY. We choose not to get involved in the mold remediation or removal process because we consider it a conflict of interest. Our customers can rest easy knowing that the results that we give them from the samples taken are 100% FACTS. Rest easy knowing that we do not benefit from your test results coming back elevated or normal. To be honest, we like telling our customers that the air quality in their home is fine and they

If you are thinking about going straight to a company that does mold removal Miami, please only do so if you are certain that you know the source of the problem and exactly how far it has spread. Even if that is the case, you could still benefit from a mold inspection. Our results go a long way in helping you receive claims from insurance or getting a landlord to deal with a problem.
If you choose to go straight into the remediation process, you may end up spending alot more money than is necessary. Also, if you choose to go in this direction make sure you hire us or another company that only does inspections to do your clearance testing and ensure the job is complete. Often times people fix the source of the problem and remove all of the visible growth, but they do not clean out the air completely so people continue to experience problems. In even worse cases, the area is not even completely dried and mold continues to grow behind the wall only to rear its ugly face later in the future.
If your home or business experienced water damage from Hurricane Issac, we are here to help get you started on the restoration process. After removing all of the water and getting the points of intrusion sealed, the next step should be to get a mold inspection Miami. Our test will let you know whether or not the water intrusion caused toxic mold growth. This is important in determining whether you need to hire a remediation company or simply use a general contractor to handle any repairs. Don’t skip this step or your air quality may suffer and you may have to do the same job twice.
